AN IDEA FOR PALM SUNDAY

How can we publicly acknowledge this important day on our calendar when so many of us will be behind closed doors?

What if everyone on Sunday April 5 in the morning, puts a branch on the door of their house or on the window, to celebrate Palm Sunday? It could be any green branch you can get. This would help, despite the social distancing, to be connected as we enter into the Holiest of Weeks.

If you would like to take a picture of your front door with the branch, send those to Keith keith@sjnc.net and will share a slideshow of these photos next week.

The meals will be dropped off at the kitchen door of My Father's House Ministry around 5:30 those days. There are presently 6 adults and 4 children in the Ministry. If you can provide an item for the meal on April 20 or 21, please let me know and I'll be glad to pick it up from your home. Thanks so much, Sylvia Corl 704-786-0296 or cell: 704-425-8621
