The Lively Leisures (senior group) enjoy programs at the monthly luncheons arranged by Sylvia Corl.  Most meetings are held at noon on the third Tuesday of the month in the church fellowship hall.  During 2019, the programs were given by the Phoenix Readers, Tom Ridenhour, Jodi Ramirez, Ed Rand, Dr. Gary Freeze, Pam Smith, Brad Hunter, Pastor Jim Hood, and the Singing Seniors of St. James.  The group enjoyed a Tour of Hotel Concord, (The View) in June.  Caterers used for the luncheons in 2019 were Wayside Restaurant, Mr. C's, Smoke Pit, and Cindy Cruse.

Wednesday Nights Together meet the second and fourth Wednesday each month. Meal and fellowship begin at 5:30 pm. Cindy Cruse, hospitality director, plans and prepares the meals. Sandra Faggart coordinates the kitchen volunteers. The Reverend Tony Bradshaw plans the Bible study and additional programs. Meals are served every Wednesday during Lent, except Holy Week. Participants donate $6.00 per person and $20.00 per family for a meal.
