wOMEN OF THE elca

Women of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America’s purpose statement is: As a community of women created in the image of God, called to discipleship of Jesus Christ, and empowered by the Holy Spirit, we commit ourselves to grow in faith, affirm our gifts, support one another in our callings, engage in ministry and action, and promote healing and wholeness in the church, the society, and world. 

Mary Magdalene Circle

The Mary Magdalene Circle meets the first Tuesday of the month at 10:30 am in the fellowship hall of the church. Chairman is Jean Beasley.  The circle will resume meeting on April 5 and May 3.


Esther Circle

The Esther Circle meets on the first Monday evening of the month at 7:00 pm in the home of members. Chairman is Sandra Faggart.  Our ongoing projects are donating items to CCM each month, monetary donations to Project Noah and Salvation Army, and contributions to CVAN and NC Disaster Relief. MEETINGS ARE CURRENTLY ON HOLD DUE TO COVID
